I am an aunt again! Lucky me! Go check out Christi's blog... .Julia posted the minute she was born. Happy Birthday Baby Taryn!!!!! I will see you in a couple of hours :) YAY!
Another update on Missy and baby Gage. He will have surgery on Friday. Missy has an unbelievable peace about her right now. Granted, she has had breakdowns, and who wouldn't, but she is taking this remarkably well. She is getting irritated with any negativity, and she says she does not want to be around such people. A doctor came in and told her something didnt look good, and she freaked out and said. "that is not of Christ, and we are choosing not to hear it right now". She said she is enjoying the day that the Lord has made, and tomorrow too, and Friday when he has his surgery he will have plenty of prayers going up for him, and it is not in her hands anymore. Plenty of people are helping "bear the burden" by bringing food, clothes, toys for Gage, and cleaning her house. She has a prayer team of 24 hour prayer people. What else can she do? It is in the Lord's hands now. He has had diuretics to get the fluid off his brain, and his balance is better since. Plenty of IVS and little nodes attached to his head. Keep praying please.

Thanks for the Update. I have been thinking about that poor baby all day. My prayers are with him and his family.
It is in GOD's Hands. He will be there to protect over him. GOd is good and I am still praying over here and God hears our prays.
Congratulations on being an Aunt again. Please wish Christi my Congrats. I am so happy to hear that Taryn has finally arrived.

CT sent me over - prayers for Gage - I am from Houston, have actually spent some time with docs and staff at TX Children's - he is in VERY GOOD HANDS.
I also read your post about the Spurs...I'm not a fan by any means of any professional basketball team (I'm of the college basketball camp), but Game 2 - their defense really impressed me! Of course, around here, all you see is SPURS SPURS SPURS, so maybe it is all the brainwashing I'm going through with the media! tee hee!

oh judy my DH and DS are HUGE fans! every year when we come to Texas, we go to a few games.
I am glad Gage is in good hands at Texas Childrens.... They live in Katy. Are you near there?

I've passed the message onto work friends to pray for Gage! Tom & I are praying hard for him. He is in good hands at Childrens. Thanks for the update.
