My yorkie, Chelsea is hungry, but she has eaten two times already today, so no mas for her.... but she is picking up her stainless bowl and throwing it back down over and over again. Stainless dog bowls make the most racket, especially when wielded by small cute yorkies with attitude. sigh. Why does everyone in my life have to be SO full of personality? why can't anyone just be normal?

So my parents have their house on the market and are moving to Florida . This is a good thing for everyone because they will now be 6 hours away as opposed to 24 hours away. Much better for 3 day weekends. We used to pack up for 2 weeks to go visit them. Now, we will be able to go down on a Friday and come home Sunday. Closer to Disney, closer to Sara, my brother and his family, closer to Fernandina Beach, our new obsession. My mom is going to open up one of those (dont want to use the word because i dont want to be googled-) ladies only exercise places that is a chain. I am excited for them. Of course, it is a lot of stress to pack up , sell and buy a house, open a franchise, and tons of $$. i know it will do well.
I have issues. I cannot and will not be settled. anyone reading my blog for more than a week knows this. So i have finally gotten my real estate thing going, but am wanting to find out what the laws are in Florida... cause i want to live here or here
Do you notice the palm trees? what you cannot see is that these houses are less than 5 minutes from the OCEAN!!
I feel like our life is constantly in limbo. We are happy but this is not where we want to BE. nothing is easy though. I am used to being spontaneous, and going when i want to go, but with two kids in school , it makes things a little harder. I am dying for a little change and adventure. I am bored right now. I just need to chill out till I make some money over and above what we make already , save up and move to the beach. I know that is where we are supposed to be. So it is hard to pretend to be here. Oh well. i will keep on pretending for now. I am trying to pound the pavement to sell a house. I am doing an open house this weekend for a seasoned agent who is "above" doing open houses. lol. just kidding. here is some advice. dont ever go with an old established agent. they dont do jack for you, because they have nothing to prove. as for the newbies, like me, i have lots to prove so i will go over and beyond to impress. back to the open house. this is a good thing because when the people come to see the house, they may need an agent OR may want to write a contract then and there , so I can maybe get the sale. woohoo!!
people ask me why i never find a place to stop and settle down down down.

You should put this in your letter:
dont ever go with an old established agent. they dont do jack for you, because they have nothing to prove. newbies like me have lots to prove so i will go over and beyond to impress.

Wow! Gina!!! Can I come and visit you by myself after you move??? My friends and I used to go to Jimmy Buffet concerts and dream of living at the beach...actually my single friends did take off to Florida and Nantucket.
