I got my name riders today, the sign that attaches to the big for sale sign in someones yard with my name and cell number on there. how official i feel now!! even went into the office today!! took a friend around and we looked at 6 houses. i cannot wait to sell or list now!!
i have got to send out this "sphere of influence" letter next. it is my big "gina is now in real estate" welcome letter. what should i say? my life sounds boring. Irmo mother of the year? likes to bead and scrapbook? enjoys margaritas and cheese dip? can be found at the soccer field or the dance studio? ugg....... i am trying to make the move from mommy mommy mommy to semi-professional. i know i am what i am, but want to spiff it up, at least on paper.
help me with a slogan too. to go on my profile sheets and webpage. something like gina last name.... helping make your dreams come true (sounds porno!) making your real estate dreams come true, gina knows the lake! etc.........HELP ME market myself!!
this is all the blog update you get. i am spending quality time with blake right now, cooking shrimp in white wine sauce. (how pretentious we get in these parts ! ROFL)
