chloe sent me a terrific package!! Not only did she make me a CD, which i LOVE and have it in slot 2 of my CD player in my car, but she sent me a collection of mini seashells (i wont let my kids open them), some teeny hairclips, gum for my purse, a postcard and a cool cool book!!!
i have been soaking up the book -it is a Fodors travel book, but not your typical. it says if you want a guide book with exact prices and hours, this is not the book for you. PERFECT! my fav part so far is about americans who come to greece and want to stay at a hotel with american breakfast! WHATEVER!! i am getting up and hitting the streets, the cafe's. i want to be do as they do, eat what they eat, eat WHEN they eat... really about diving into the culture, not just going over there as a tourist. this book is so right up my alley!! thank you a million times Chloe. i loved my package, even the i love you hello kittys and the writings on the CD. you are a precious friend.
it is a great experience exchanging presents with people from different countries/cities/lives. gives me the smallest glimpse.

That looks like a pretty awesome package, and you are totally right about travelling. It's about experiencing the culture, if you want the same old, you could have just stayed home.
