I am sitting here listening to the kid's burned High School Musical CD> how lame am I? it is a gorgeous day!! 95 degrees and sunny. it is going to rain tonight. I am looking forward to the rain~ maybe Maddy's post inspired me to crave rain?
I take my first real estate test on Tues. I need to study today, but instead i sit here whining and being in a mood. Maybe this will make me happy. yes, thats right, force some happiness.

Good luck on the tests! I am a horrible test taker and I passed all of mine for the r.e. exam, etc. You'll do great! I do flash cards b/c it helps me isolate the more important information. I know... nerdy, but it works. Just finished my 2nd of 3 GRI classes and it worked like a charm. Only had to study for about an hour... Hope the funkety funkishness goes away. GOOD LUCK!!! xoS
