Good morningggg!! Well, i feel like life may be getting back to normal around here. Wes bought a new (well, used ) car and now we are back to a two car family. I put my car in the shop on Friday , because it was cutting out at every red light or stop sign.. also it had two recalls on it, so i dropped it at the Ford dealership, told them to throw in an oil change and sweeten my baby uppp!! I picked it up on Saturday and MAN it was driving better than it ever has... i un-programmed the country music station Wes put on there ( my car does NOT like country! rather prefers LOUD sing along songs such as Break my stride, anything by offspring or supertones, and of course Kylie Minogue---oh and prefers the equalizer setting to be on "Stadium" so it sounds all loud and backgroundish--does anyone have this feature on their car stereo? you can program it to sound like a stadium, a church, a hall, or jazz? it way rocks! ) ok, back to my story....

My car is fixed and great, but i get home and it is just nastyyyy trashed. we are talking left over breakfast casserole in the passenger seat, trash, just gross. So i cleaned it ALL out. took everything out of it, including the car seats and decided to take it to a car wash up the road (not the kind where I would wash it but where THEY wash it, vacuum, armor all, etc..)
So we are waiting outside for them to blow the horn, meaning CAR READY, and finally they do, after gingerly rubbing it down with various cloths and cleaners. I get up to the dude, with tip in hand cause my car is shining like a MOFO from across the lot. He says to me "did the windshield have a hairline crack when you came in?" i look and my glass looks like a HUGE spiderweb all across. You know the cartoon when popeye gets all pissy and you see his head turn red and start to spin and smoke? well, that was me. They quiclkly got me the 20$ back and i tucked the tip back into my purse. Then he asked, "oh did you pay to get the tires armor-alled?" i said " you know what ?? my windshield is busted and i am NOT happy- why don't you GO AHEAD AND ARMOR ALL THE TIRES ANYWAYS" It prob wasnt their fault , said that has never happened , and since SC insurance pays fully for full coverage policy holders, it was going to be free, but i was so annoyed because i wanted my car back.
A mobile guy came to my house yesterday and fixed it up . Some how i have managed to keep it clean. no cheez-its on the leather-LOL. SOOO we are good to go.

Long story . Sorry.
I am off to pilates.

That would be rather annoying.

AACK! Nothing feels better than to have a clean, fixed car. And nothing is worse than a cracked window. :( But at least it won't cost anything.
