task oriented cheesedogs.

Today was such a good day. We are in no way organized (makes me too nervous!) or "list" people. Well, today we made a list and got a lot of it accomplished. With school starting it is too crazy round here. This is how productive our day was...
- dropped off dry cleaning
- went to julia's preschool with all of the paperwork and money to sign her up for 3 day 4yr old class.
- went by Blake's soccer camp, got the ball, shirt and poster signed by the coaches and the players and watched a mini-exhibition of 6 yr old skills.
- went by Blake's soccer registration and got him signed up for fall soccer (today was the deadline for THIS and preschool! UGG)
- mailed something Fedex
- Bought a birthday present for a kid's party tomorrow and a school shirt for B at Ross
- went to Rhodes to check out a bunkbed
- went to the Columbia Conservatory of Dance (ROFL! ) to find out about signing Jules up for Ballet/tap
- picked up my glasses i broke the other day when i was throwing my pity party-thanks all for coming
Seems like there was something else. we turned down a friend's invite to come bbq and swim because we were super duper on task and since this rarely happens, we figured we better ditch our ever always spontanious ways, and focus for the day!! FOCUS YOU TWO and we did.
Also, have i mentioned how much i am enjoying our little small town atmosphere? I love seeing people everywhere... this morning , after Wes and Julia dropped blake off at the soccer camp, they decided to go to McDonald's (and let me sleep! THANK YOU ) . Our pediatricians wife was there with her 3 boys (ok, how many of you know your peds wife?ROFL) their boys also play soccer out at the league we do, so we are friendly with them. Wes had a good time chatting with them . Another neat thing happened when we were dropping off the registration for the next season (seems like all i am talking about is soccer soccer soccer!!) . Wes went in with the kids to drop off the form , and when they walk in the office , our coach for the past 4 seasons is on the phone with our answering machine leaving us a message saying today is the last day and he just wanted to make sure blake was going to play and be on his team again.... HOW IRONIC. we cracked up when we got home and heard the message knowing that we walked in on him leaving it!
we stopped at bojangles to let the kids split a 2 piece chic. they were, can we say, past the point? tired hungry........ we go sit down and see one of our pastors from our church.
reminds me of yesterday when i got invited to the pool ( i am such a ho! cold calling all of my friends for invites!! ROFL JK JK) i knew two people from my sunday school and two others from blakes kindergarten class last year. (did i mention that 3 outta 4 people i saw at the pool also have kids who play soccer where we do?)
I know you are thinking swiss, cheddar, provolone, edam and goat! but as cheesy as it all sounds , It is so neat & i love it. it may get old one day for now its allllll good .
I am off to work on my resume for room- mom. night night.
btw, that was a joke , the last line, cause i am a shoe-in. i have experience from last year. ROFLMAO
