I was so happy to get my glasses on Friday, then the worst thing happened while i was in a "sculpt" class at the gym. I took them off cause they kept falling off my face, but then i smushed them :( i started crying right there . sooo today, (our second car is broken so that made for a fun night and morning) i borrowed my friend's car to go to the eye doctor (imagine a roll of scotch tape holding them somewhat together!). they did order me new frames and tomorrow i have a contact appt. whew.... i have not wanted to post because i have been in a mood lately!

On a happier note, Blake is doing Mark Berson's soccer camp this week. This is the head soccer coach of USC and apparantly Blake will be doing this camp till he goes to college. (you see, we are going for the scholarship-- i know, i know, it seems young to plan out his life and push him into a career in soccer, but i promise you, 6 isnt too young anymore--- J/K J/K) It is so cute seeing my kid.... er..... all the little boys out there. Blake really is very good. maybe it has something to do with him playing since he could walk and the soccer goal in the backyard. lol.

I will send pics this week. today the heat index was 115. i took a nap. i have a headache from being without glasses. uggg some cheese with my whine?

It was almost too hot to breathe today!

Andrew loves soccer, and we're going to sign him up soon. He's not amazingly great, but he has a lot of enthusiam. The camp sounds fun.

Oh Gina, sorry you've been having a rough time. It sucks to go without glasses. I remember a couple of years ago, Erin had just gotten her new glasses. We went rafting and she left them in the car. Turns out they fell out and got run over by another car. BUT, we took them back and they were able to fix them! I was amazed! Sucks about your car. It does make life difficult. (((Gina)))
