I've been thinking a lot about Friends again. I have a bunch.. I am very blessed with a few very very good friends. Someone once told me to keep 3 closest and the secret keepers, and then have your 12 as your circle of still good friends, but you dont have to tell everything to everyone, ya know?

So my 12. it is a weird group. we could never all hang out together - no one even remotely has the same interests. My 12 is in constant change too. some come, some go .

my 3 is really 4 , with two of them living out of this state.

i've learned this concept of keeping 3 and 12, and it really fascinates me and is really starting to work for me. i have struggled with this for a long time, always being a big mouth and being way too transparent.

so, what about you? do you have 3? and do you have 12? what do YOU think about this concept?

hmm, I have a circle of friends.

and sometimes I have a friend for a season... we talk and share and then it's like that season is over, but when we see each other it is like no time has passed.

I think that probably you, toni and this lady, Barb, who I brought to the WCW Christmas are my closest friends. ; )

Is 3 and 12 because of Jesus' apostles? If I'm allowed to count Richard and my mother I'd say I have 3 in the first group. I don't know how many in the second, but it's enough.

I actually do have the three, love them. 12? Not sure? I have a lot of other friends, but they do come and go.
