What is it with blog ruts? UGG i hate them. I love my readers, love reading your blogs, but i am just so in a rut that i cannot bring myself to sit here long enough to post.



Today is a weird day. you know the recurring theme through my whole blog..... blah blah like i always say... and you know why? it is Third Eye Blinds fault for their silly song " Semi charmed kinda life". It makes me feel so good to sing those words, yet it makes me feel like being bad.

I Know what it feels like to "drop another line", and to need something else to get me through this semi charmed kinda life". I know all about taking sips up into my nose. and how crystal meth will lift you up. there just isnt much in my life right now to get me "high". its not freaking bunco night ( no , i dont play! LOL) and although having coffee with friends is good and fine and i enjoy it, i want to have something else to look forward to, ya know?

I dont feel like doing anything. I may throw a load of laundry in for the day, then go get in my car, open the sunroof on this gorgeous blustery weather and ride around and around listening to music. God. i am turning into a sulky teenager. let me go sneak smokes and drink before noon. (hey it has crossed my mind). I am listening to Seattle pop bands from 10 yrs ago... lol... naw, i dont know but a lot of coldplay, matchbox 20 etc...

1. hahahahhaah Ok Lord, funny. Desperation Band - Chasing- makes me on fire for God. this song rocks! makes me think of recent times and how i made copies of it for everyone.



2.Escape- Pina Colada Song

makes me think of texting Sara- we text almost everyday a word or a phrase to a song... also makes me think of Wes- this is our song if we ever are forced to do karaoke, this is the song we would choose.

3.Lily Allen- Friend of Mine

makes me think of lily allen and amy winehouse and how i wished i rolled with those girls, especially now, since i am feeling all bad ass. lol

4. Weezer- island in the sun

my fav sun roof feel sorry for myself wish i lived on the beach why cant i live on the beach wahhhh-yet i play it over and over and overrrrrr to torture myself



5.Gwen Stefani-Wind it up

makes me think of my friend Jane, not sure why, but i love this song so much. my fav part is the end, "i know he thinks your fine and stuff (ROFL) but does he know how to wind you up?" Gwen is such a bad ass too. i am seeing a pattern.

remember how i told ya'll i like to memorize songs in foreign languages? well, check mark hawaiian off the list. i know it.

9.Neil Diamond-Cracklin Rose
reminds me of this guy i dated when i was 19. he was a drummer in a band called Godsicle ( their logo was a buddah on twin popsicle sticks. o. m. g. nuff said). they played this as a hard core cover song and i always liked it. the dude was a loser though. ugg. good riddance. and a perv. he was 27. i was 19. what was I THINKING?

ahhhhhhhhhhh such a happy song. makes me think of smoking pot. lol.
