I need a good song for the retreat i am planning. ( the first night's theme is spain... although the song doesnt need to be spanish at all, just thought i would throw that in........... lol.)
last year we used "Ya'll ready for this" to throw the t-shirts to the screaming ladies who were very excited. i need a new song though- that was the best ever probably, but i dont like to repeat last years idea, ya know?

I doubt this is what you're looking for, but I will forever and always get pumped up when I hear the theme song from Rocky. We used to play it in the band when the football team ran onto the field, and it was my absolute favorite song we ever played! I found a midi of it, but it's not as exciting as the actual song...
