Well, here I am. Home is so good. I love my bed, my down comforter, my coffee pot, my shower, etc.... vacation is good, mom and dad's house is good, but there is no place like home. I did get to see a lot of family including my 94 yr old Grandma. she is so cute!! slipping a little bit and will drive you absolutely mad with obsessiveness, but hey! she's 94- she's allowed . Overall a nice time. It took forever to drive home on Sunday -8 hrs to go 380 miles. ugggggg........
Wes is home for good now! yay!! he is working trying to open up the restaurant here, hiring, getting stuff ordered, etc.. it is so nice. he works 2 minutes from here- we have never had that luxury. I am excited about the grand opening. what will i wear?? lol.
In other news, i listed my first house! I am turning in the final paperwork today on it. It is my friend's house ( not the other friend who screwed me out of the 500,000 house). I cant believe she trusted me enough to list her house! HAHA. i have no idea what i am doing yet, but it will be fine- i personally would never go with a seasoned realtor, because they are lazy and assume they know it all because they have "been in the business" for 80 yrs or something. those are the worst!! the newbies like me work their tails off!!

Sounds like you are having a great time and congrats on getting Wes back. I used a friend as a buyers agent when I bought my house and when I list it I'll use him again. It's the only way.

I missed you too! and if I had known grandma would be there......sorry I flaked, I'm so stressed with school and work and everything, but hey, I'm happy to be working!!
So happy that Wes is back where is belongs, I'm sure he missed you as much as you missed him. When you move to Florida you will be my realtor.
