i went on a retreat to asheville this weekend. it was great to get away for a night. sort of. lol. missing in action is now back in town
no school tomorrow for kiddos-conferences. julia was "terrific kid" last week- the first week they started it. i am proud.
master cylinder is out in my car- getting fixed tomorrow morning- i test drove a laredo and i think that is my next car. drove smoother than my rough driving truck.
got a 500,000 house deal that is prob not going to go through, but needless to say, it is still "in play" . hoping it goes through.
tired of spirituality instead of a real relationship. i hate religion. i love God .
what can i be for a halloween party? shall we dress as a couple ? any ideas?
anyone watching ANTM or runway? how about survivor ? hmmmm???
what about bachelor? showing my true colors right?? ROFL. hey, thats the name of my blog , after all.
anyone want to chat tonight? i got some good songs on my playlist.

If I get you right, I kinda agree on the whole spirituality thing. That's why I don't feel bad that we really haven't gotten back into the whole going to church thing here. I have a relationship w/God, which is definitely the most important thing. Church is good to find other people who feel the same way, and to find lots of fun stuff to do w/other like-minded people. Honestly, though, it doesn't draw me any closer to Him.

Good luck on the house sale, and also on getting your car fixed. Trey was supposed to fix my brakes tomorrow on the van, and change the oil on his car. Now it looks like it's gonna rain...Oh, and he cut open his thumb and needs surgery. Guess I'll just drive on the brakes till the car stops stopping!

you are very brave to admit that you hate religion. i hate it too. it immobilized me for many years when i was a kid (my mum is very religious and made me go to church every Sunday, i had to wake up at 7:30 in the morning).
