here is the front of the house. the single car garage leads down to a 10 spot parking garage. very nice.

the patio furniture conveys. it's highest quality rattan.

the dining room table is negotiable. there are 4 more leaves you can add to make it seating for 22. i always put wine and cheese at my open house. the "lady" is much more likely to get her man to write the check if she has had a few.

and of course, the lake view. all this for 209,900. told you it was a gorgeous house in a beautiful neighborhood.

Unbelievable! That looks as big and nice as the one in our neighborhood that sold for $2 million. My mom's medium sized house was more than that.

209? Unreal, that would sell for over a million in this market. I could sell my house, buy that house, and have a chunck of cash to play with . . .

How is the job market?

I was sort of wondering how you nailed a mansion like that as a newbie. I was starting to consider a career in real estate.

Huh, I'm glad I read all the comments. I was thinking you were either lying, or the real estate agent who priced it is the stupidest person ever. I know Cola. is a bit cheaper than Charleston, but the house I live in right now is valued at over $209, and I know that house costs more than that...especially at the Lake and w/a view!
