Another Outlet for My Reality Obsessed Self

So i was threatned to post. I am not really in the mood to post about Christmas, as good as it was, i am ready to move on. I will share some pics later.

So , as you may know, Wes and I are planning a trip to Greece this year for our ten year anniversary. Why Greece you ask? Well, i grew up in Europe, but never made it that way, and he was in the Navy for 5 yrs but mostly on a "westpac" which means western pacific i am assuming. Between the two of us, we have conquered the map. Neither one of us has been to Greece, and we love sunbathing and eating,taking day cruises to many many islands, riding on mules down steep hills to get to the perfect gyros taverna, so there is your answer... and we gotta go this year before our passports expire .well, not really , but we have both just used our passport one time in the past 7 yrs - i went to italy and he went to peru. ahhhh......the cosmopolitan-ish-ness reeks, can ya smell it??

I have switched all of my dates to appear more EURO. I have added Greek text (now i know where they get the phrase "it looks greek to me") to remind me daily of our lofty goal.

For Christmas, I got a Frommers Guide to Greece, a beautiful greek looking beachtowel, a Greek Isles calendar (hung up a few days early) and some really cool sunglasses. These are my first necessities for our trip. I get emails every day proclaiming the good deals, and as soon as the "kitty" reaches $1000 big ones, i am going to pin it down.
